BynTxt.com (operated by Bynefit Inc.) provides a specialized telecommunications platform for high-volume SMS, MMS, and Voice communications. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our Tenants (business clients) and their End-Users.
Enterprise Privacy Guarantee
Unlike standard web services, BynTxt does not sell, lease, or rent any personal information or communication data to third parties. We do not use your message content or contact lists for marketing or advertising purposes.
1. Scope of This Statement
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through BynTxt.com, our API, and our platform. It does not apply to the internal business practices of our Tenants; if you are an individual recipient of a message sent through our platform, your primary data relationship is with the Tenant who sent the message.
2. Information We Collect and Why
We collect specific categories of information to ensure carrier compliance, message deliverability, and platform security.

3. How We Use Your Information
- Traffic Routing: To interconnect with the PSTN and deliver messages globally.
- Brand Vetting: To register your business with The Campaign Registry (TCR).
- Fraud Prevention: To monitor for "bot" activity or unauthorized access.
- Compliance: To enforce our Anti-Spam policy and adhere to CTIA and FCC regulations.
4. Disclosure of Information
We only share information when it is functionally necessary to operate a telecommunications network:
- Upstream Carriers: Transmitting message content to mobile networks (e.g., Verizon) to reach recipients.
- Service Providers: Using infrastructure providers (like Google Cloud) bound by contractual data protections.
- Legal Requirements: We will only disclose data if presented with a valid, legally binding court order or warrant.
5. Opt-In & Consent Management
BynTxt is a permission-based platform. We provide the following tools:
- Inbound Keywords: Logging instances of "START" or "JOIN" to your dedicated number.
- Mandatory Opt-Out: Our platform automatically honors
STOP,END, andQUITcommands via a "Global Suppression List."
6. Data Security & Retention
We utilize enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256 for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit). We retain message data as long as your account is active. Upon termination, data is purged according to our 90-day decommission cycle, unless required by law for tax or litigation purposes.
7. Notice for California Residents (CCPA)
BynTxt acts as a "Service Provider" under the CCPA when processing data on behalf of our Tenants. As a California consumer, you have the right to request access to your data, request deletion, and opt-out of the "sale" of your data. Because BynTxt does not sell data, we already comply with the core requirements of the CCPA.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in telecommunications law. Significant updates will be communicated via your Tenant Dashboard or registered email.
